Make This a Year of Positive Life Changes

Isn’t the above statement so true? I’ll even mention the many times I’ve taken the fork with the bent tines on it, the plate or mug with the chipped rim, the ripped paper towel – so my loved ones always have the best – and they never even know it!

It’s in our nature to do everything for everyone else and many times, we’re left feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. The end result of that stress affects the very loved ones we’re making these sacrifices for each day. We know it’s true – worrying about our long list of daily to-do’s that never seems to get accomplished, school needs, laundry, household, a home business – and you have a recipe for a stressed out mother that ends up unintentionally stressing others out and overall having a negative impact on our households – and that’s not on anyone’s to do list!

But we’re going to change this “process” right?  – Together in 2016?? Yes we are!
