Figure out when you’re at your best during the day and schedule your most challenging tasks for that time period. However, don’t assume it will always be the same time of day.
My high energy time was usually in the morning because after lunch, the only thing I could think about was a good nap. However, on Thursday and Friday, my energy level changed and I was at my best all day long. There was something about getting past Wednesdays that made the difference.
So get to know yourself and your energy levels and schedule your tasks accordingly for best results.
