In our first post on March 6th about keeping a daily to do list, we talked about determining which tasks were more important than others and creating a to do list based on the order in which we would complete those tasks. Now let's talk about creating an action plan for those most important tasks.
Usually the items on our to do list are listed as reminders of what has to be completed. We run out of time because we fail to anticipate how long a task will take. So our suggestion is to complete an action plan that lists all the steps, in sequence, that it will take to complete a project or tasks on our to do list.
