Stress Tip#1 – Positivity and Gratitude

Yes, it’s sometimes very hard to do but working to start our day off in a positive frame of mind and a thankful attitude for what we currently have makes the new day and it’s plans for us much easier to face and accept.

First thing in the morning and again throughout your day, take a minute to think about what you are grateful for and make your list as long as you like. Whether it’s your children, your spouse, a home, enough food to eat – there are plenty of things we can come up with to practice gratefulness and the end result will be a more positive outlook on your day and your life.

It’s already been proven that a grateful attitude has an effect on us mentally and physically. All the more reason to start our days off right with plenty of gratitude and positive thoughts.
